Nelson Bay Fitness has a timetable of group fitness sessions to suit everyone. Each class is different and is catered to individual client needs. Trudie is experienced in progressions and regressions, and will ensure you are able to perform exercises to your ability and fitness level, with correct technique.


 

Metafit is a total body weight HIIT class (high intensity interval training) including plyometrics.  The workouts range from 20-25 minutes and are performed to music with varying work to rest ratios. A class which will get results, fast! Boosts metabolism, increases strength, power and muscle tone!
